Hope Yuan

California native Hope Yuan is a senior finance and music major at the University of Notre Dame, where she studies violin with Patrick Yim. After beginning her violin studies at age 10, she has served as the concertmaster of the California All-State Orchestra and has been featured on Valley Public Radio’s Young Artists Spotlight.

She has played alongside the Notre Dame Symphony Orchestra and South Bend Symphony Orchestra and recently performed in Poland for the Euro Music Festival. After graduation, she will be joining Bain Capital as an analyst in the Boston office and plans to stay involved with the arts. In her free time, Hope enjoys baking vegan treats for her friends, pilates, and traveling to Europe.
