Sic Deus dilexit mundum,
Ut filium suum unigenitum daret:
Ut omnis qui credit in eum non pereat,
Sed habeat vitam aeternam.
Non enim misit Deus filium suum in mundum,
Ut condemnet mundum,
Sed ut servetur mundus per eum.
Alleluia.

God so loved the world,
That he gave his only-begotten Son:
So that all who believe in him might not perish,
But have eternal life.
For God did not send his Son into the world
To condemn the world,
But rather to save the world through him.
Alleluia.
